1. Accommodation is available for students over the age of 18 only! One student per room.
2. Long-term accommodation is available for $299 per week with minimum 6-months stay.
3. Looking for shorter stay? We also offer rooms at $349 per week for stays of 4 weeks to less than 6 months.
4. Your stay includes access to all our facilities.
Weekly housekeeping and linen changes can be arranged for an additional fee.

Once we verify your details and approve your application, we'll send you the agreement, including our cancellation and refund policies.

To complete your booking, you will be required to pay two weeks rent upfront. Half will be your security deposit and the other half will cover your first week's rent. After that, you'll make payments every fortnight.
